Busy & Tired!

Wow! 58 more days to my ROM day (and 2 weeks to getting of keys to my first HOME).

I'm so tired.. went to our first appointment yesterday. Dissappointed cos our newly raised valuation went down to 290k, meaning we paid more cash then the earlier agreed 8,888 bucks (to be exact, we paid 5k more). Tat hurts!

After the appointment, more heartache happened, we got ourselves a 37" LCD HDTV and a fridge. Nice but Ex lor! Now I start to feel the heartache coming.. we still have to buy alot of things leh. Thankfully, my future-in-laws are giving us a new bed as gift. How nice of them rite?

Even without spending $$ on bed, we stl hv to spend on Dining Table, Sofa, TV unit, Tea Table, Computer Workstation, Stove and alot of "Jup Pa Lang" things lo. Here's my wishlist, for now:

1. Electric Kettle (those jug looking kind)
2. Iron
3. Ironing Board
4. Lamp (for living room / bedroom)
5. Steamer (used for warming of food)
6. Slow Cooker
7. Kitchen utensils (like woks, pots, cutleries, tupperware etc)
8. Cordless Phone
9. Mahjong Table
10. Mahjong Set

Tat's all I can think of for the time being.. I guess there'll be add-ons later. Any kind relatives or frens can sponsor to buy the items for me as gifts???

WL eh, I stl haven buy my CNY clothes n shoes n bags yet leh! Seriously, no time to buy lo but i'm only left with like how many days to prepare myself only. ROM dress also haven buy yet. Somemore I've got two exams coming. I thk i sure flung one lo. No time to study. Marketing stl can try but for econs, I think i hv to remodule again.

I wonder how's my nephew doing in Australia. Miss him so much. Anyway, HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY TO MY BROTHER, CEPHIUS! Take care of urself n ur family bro!

Preps for coming class tests and exams.

Preps for the coming lunar new year. Must find some time to shop for clothings. Spring Cleaning too!

Preps for ROM. Just found a solemnizer. Now seeking caterer for either buffet or cocktail reception. Sourcing ard for wedding favours n invitation cards too.

Preps for new home. Furnishing and necessities.

So tired! When can I get them over and done with..FAST!

Juggling Work + Studies + ROM + Home is never easy.

In the meantime, also looking for sponsors for some stuff. Let me work out my wishlist first! Hee~

难得今天是我的off day，I spent some time calling a couple of solemnizers before settling for a lady. The rest just cant be bothered with me, i assumed. Cos' they never bothered to respond to my email or return my calls.

Called the caterer too. The nice lady promised to work out a perfect menu for my ROM cum House Warming, cos i couldnt decide on whether a Cocktail Reception is good or to go for the buffet. Forgot to tell her my budget too. Nvm, we can always work on that later.

Searched some online printing cos. dealing with invitation cards, but decided to assign this special task to Eva, since she's a graphic designer and definitely will hv some lobangs for me.
